The Creator Lab is operated by The Creator Lab LLC, based in Los Angeles, California, USA. We provide educational programs, coaching, and community for content creators. For the purposes of applicable privacy laws, The Creator Lab LLC is the data controller of your personal information.

• Contact details — name, email address, phone number, and Instagram handle when you register, apply, or join the waitlist.
• Application and onboarding information — your goals, location, budget range, commitment level, and anything else you share in our forms.
• Payment information — payments are processed by our third-party processors (Whop and Stripe). We do not store your full card details on our servers.
• Usage and analytics data — pages visited, button clicks, video watch progress, approximate device/browser information, and referrer data.
• Communication data — records of emails, calls, and messages you exchange with us.

How We Use Your Information

We use the information we collect to:

• Deliver the trainings, programs, and services you request or purchase;
• Review applications and schedule strategy calls or workshop sessions;
• Send confirmations, reminders, and program-related emails;
• Send marketing communications you have opted into (you can unsubscribe at any time);

Payments (Whop & Stripe)

Purchases are processed by Whop and/or Stripe. When you pay, your payment details are submitted directly to the processor and are subject to their own privacy policies. All prices are in USD unless stated otherwise. We receive only the information needed to confirm your purchase and manage your enrollment (such as your name, email, and transaction status).

Sharing of Information

We do not sell your personal information. We may share it with trusted service providers who help us operate the business — including payment processors, email and CRM platforms, scheduling tools, community platforms, and analytics providers — only to the extent needed to perform their services. We may also disclose information where required by law or to protect our rights.

Our website and programs are not directed at children under 13 (or the age required by local law), and we do not knowingly collect personal information from them. If you believe a child has provided us personal information, contact us and we will delete it.
