The Creator Lab, operated by The Creator Lab LLC, respects the intellectual property rights of others and expects users of our website to do the same. If you believe that content on thecreatorlab.info infringes your copyright, you may submit a notice under the Digital Millennium Copyright Act ("DMCA") as described below.

Filing a Copyright Infringement Notice

To be valid under the DMCA, your notice must include all of the following:

• A physical or electronic signature of the copyright owner or a person authorized to act on their behalf;
• Identification of the copyrighted work you claim has been infringed (or a representative list of works);
• Identification of the material you claim is infringing, with enough detail for us to locate it (for example, the exact URL);
• Your name, mailing address, telephone number, and email address;
• A statement that you have a good-faith belief that the use of the material is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law;
• A statement, made under penalty of perjury, that the information in your notice is accurate and that you are the copyright owner or authorized to act on the owner's behalf.

Incomplete notices may not be processed. Please be aware that knowingly misrepresenting that material is infringing can make you liable for damages, including costs and legal fees.

Counter-Notice

If you believe material you posted was removed or disabled by mistake or misidentification, you may send us a counter-notice that includes:

• Your physical or electronic signature;
• Identification of the material that was removed and where it appeared before removal;
• A statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good-faith belief the material was removed as a result of mistake or misidentification;
• Your name, address, and telephone number, and a statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of the courts in your district (or, if outside the United States, in any judicial district where we may be found) and that you will accept service of process from the person who filed the original notice.

If we receive a valid counter-notice, we may restore the material unless the original complainant files a court action within the timeframe required by the DMCA.

Repeat Infringers

We may, in appropriate circumstances, terminate access for users who are repeat infringers.
